Return Policy

1. All returns are given store credit, so you can quickly shop for whatever else you choose. No refunds are given under any circumstance. Returns shall take place within seven days of the date of receipt. Date of your receipt is determined via online tracking that is provided from E's Closet with every shipment. Returns you send to us that are postmarked beyond seven days from your delivery confirmation date of receipt will be denied and shipped back to you. Damaged or worn return items will be denied and returned to sender. International returns received late, in worn or damaged condition will be donated to charity after 30 days, unless a return label is provided by the purchaser.

2. Upon receipt of the undamaged/unworn/unwashed return item with intact tags attached, we issue a store credit in the form of a coupon code that can be used towards any future purchase. Returns are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your store credit has been issued. Store credit may not be used towards shipping charges or any applicable taxes. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issuance. Only one coupon code can be used at a time towards any purchase.

3. Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges on merchandise they are returning. In the event you have received the wrong item or a damaged/faulty item, please contact us via email immediately and provide photos of the issue at hand. We will then provide you a return shipping label. Damaged/faulty items will be replaced with an exact duplicate of the original purchase. Should an exact duplicate not be available, store credit will be issued. In the event the entire package received is damaged during transit, contact USPS immediately and file a claim, then notify E's Closet. Damage claims must be initiated during your standard seven day return window.

4. All "sale" items are FINAL SALE. No refunds or returns will be offered for "sale" items. This applies only to items marked down and noted as "sale" items, items posted in a "sale" category, or items using coupon codes utilizing the word "sale". Affiliate, Campus Rep or Returns coupon codes are not considered sale codes and are eligible for return, unless used on an item already marked as being on sale. Discounts cannot be combine and only one coupon code can be used towards any purchase.

5. Jewelry, Cosmetics, Gift Cards, Swimwear, Intimates, Bodysuits, Tights or Socks may not be returned.

6. We recommend shipping your returns with package tracking, insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.

How do I submit my Return?

1. Initiate your return online by visiting Returns in the bottom menu here on the site and inputting the relevant information about the item(s) you plan to send back.

2. Within 7 days of receiving your item(s), package and ship your returns to E's Closet, 52 Riley Road, Suite 401, Celebration, FL 34747, USA, making sure to include the buyer's name and order number in the return address line on your shipment.


It is not necessary to place any related paperwork inside your return shipment, as we will know your intentions based on the data you enter here in our site, when you complete your online return form. However, please make sure to place your Order# on the return address line of the package you send back. Not doing this will cause a delay in processing. You will receive correspondence from us when your return is received and processed. You will not receive any emails prior to our receipt of your return item(s).
